The Opening the Heart Workshop         

THE COMMUNITY PEACE INSTITUTE

In collboration with MIT's Educational Justice Institute,
and partners Brave Behind Bars,
The Transformational Prison Project, and Odessa Health,

in January 2024 The Opening the Heart Workshop began the process of seeking grants to fund a pilot program, and in Boston, called The Community Peace Institute. It's purpose will be to train young formerly incarcerated men  to serve their community as peacemakers and leaders.
