A one-day workshop can be a good way to begin the journey into your heart, or continue building on the personal growth or healing work you have already done.

 

In every workshop your choices are respected in terms of how deeply you do or don't want to work.  The environment will support you in doing whatever you came to the to do.

However, because of it's shorter length, for beginners it may be less intensive than our longer workshops.  If you, or someone you know, would value a shorter introductory experience of Opening the Heart, this one-day may be a good opportunity for you.
